What I liked
the staff were very helpfull to me and my family on my stay on b1 i was only their 2 days but they work very hard and have a lot of time for the patient
What could be improved
the car park machines as it takes your money and does not give you a ticket
Anything else?
would have been nice to see the hot drinks machines working as being on a sunday we could get a cold drink but you could not get a hot drink anywere in the hospital as all hot drink machines were out of order and i am sure that they would make quite a bit of revene for the hospital as well as making a big plus to the many visitors that stay who have to travel but that is just my moan you run a very good clean hospital with good helpful staff we are always quick to say what is bad and not sow quick to say when it is good keep it up and good luck to everyone as we did not speak to anyone from porter to doctor who was not helpful to us and others around
