Thank you for taking the time to respond to our request for feeback following your recent referral via TRAQS.

I am sorry that you feel that communications were lacking from TRAQS. Unfortunately TRAQS are unable to give patients the telephone number of the podiatry team within the Community but we can contact them to request that they contact a patient when they are next available if a patient has a query that cannot wait until their appointment. I am sure you can appreciate that as the service is a Community Led Service the podiatry team are often holding clinics in different areas of the County and are unable to answer the telephone.
