"Cannot fault day surgery team"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

Planned Day Surgery. Brilliant Care.

I cannot fault the team that looked after me today from start to finish. Everyone was polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept comfortable and relaxed and informed at each stage.

Cleanliness and infection control were adhered to at all times. I was cared for by various members of staff from sister to student nurse and they were all fantastic. I would happily be looked after them again tomorrow.
