"Urology Department a disgrace"

Having had problems with this department in the past with appointments I feel this department needs looking at,having a operation cancelled three times I finally had it in April and now a follow up appointment which was to be on the 5th of August I have just received a letter this morning ,yes that's right cancelled, no explanation as usual and no other appointment given just a letter saying sorry they will be in touch.Sunderland Royal used to be a good hospital but over the years it has gone down in my estimation and for appointments it is getting worse for always cancelling,somebody need to sort the urology department out .
