"Excellent care in A&E"

I recently had a cycling accident and was taken to A&E. I stayed in the hospital for 4 nights. The immediate care from the paramedics and other medical staff, including the maxillo-facial surgeon was efficient, prompt and caring. I was not completely aware of what was happening all the time but I knew I was well cared for and my family saw the care I received. On the ward afterwards I was monitored and treated by several nurses who were all unfailingly compassionate and professional. The doctors were the same - they talked to me as an equal human being which I really appreciated. I was so impressed by the expertise and dedication of the staff. I cannot thank everyone involved enough.
