(Out first child) First scan picture bought, as always family members would like a copy of the photo, always make sure you check the first print to be sure it is worth the £3 to buy each!! We've just had ours and the picture is a blurr! When I went back to ask the receptionist she was snotty about it and said they couldn't do anything to assist! Absolutely shocking!
