(as the patient),

I wish to commend all the staff in the A&E both times I was there, the fracture clinic staff, the day surgery staff and of course the paramedics who brought me into Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

I was treated with the utmost respect & consideration. Staff listened to my concerns & reassured me that they would do their utmost to meet my needs.

I was consulted about how my treatment would progress & asked for my opinion based on what was known.

Forth Valley Royal Hospital is most fortunate to have staff of such a high calibre.

Following my first visit to A&E I was phoned on the Saturday morning, the call was to ensure my well being.
