Recently I've been in pain but they couldn't find out what was wrong with me. My old GP, St Laurence's in Kirkby, didn't refer me at all, I've now moved GP. I went to A&E at Aintree 4 times. There were long waits, 5 hours, 7. 5 hours. The last time I was in A&E with such bad pain, then I got moved to ward 31. There appeared to be a lot of dementia patients there, but they looked after me, couldn't fault it.

Once a scan was done and they found out what it was I was referred to the Walton Centre.
