(as a relative),

My dad was admitted to the A & E Department, Darent Valley Hospital on Monday in a very distressed state. The care the staff gave my dad at a very difficult time was exemplary. They were courteous and respectful and I cannot thank them enough. I wish to thank Jason, one of the A & E doctors who was so very considerate and caring to my dad and my mum, myself and my sister. The attitude of the staff really blew me away. My father is still on Laurel Ward and the care he is receiving is wonderful. Thank you so very very much

Thank you for these wonderful comments which have been passed onto both A&E and Laurel Ward. Feedback such a this is always lovely to read and does wonders for staff moral. We do hope that your father is now feeling more comfortable.
