"Impressed by clinic"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) The Princess Royal Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I was impressed by the Donnington Health Centre Clinic and the 2 week wait was acceptable.

Similarly the endoscopy and colonoscopy was performed at the Princess Royal Hospital with compassion and clarity by the nurses.

Before and after the procedure although I would have appreciated the opportunity to have spoken to the doctor as during and after the procedure I had not verbal or visual contact/ He did however explain what he had to do beforehand.
