The medical and nursing staff on ward 4 were amazing. Their care and professionalism cannot be faulted, and although I was only in for 48 hours for a complex neurosurgical spinal operation I was made to feel important. The ward is very clean; the auxiliary staff of most helpful at all times; the nursing staff respond to one's requests with alacrity, which is not easy given their staff shortages at times. I had a horrendous experience earlier in the year on ward 5 but this latest stay on ward 4 has favourably redressed that unpleasantness. Thank you ward 4. You are amazing
