I would just like to say thank you! I had rhinoplasty (to allow me to breathe through a blocked nostril), the doctor was cooperative & friendly. But his team were absolutely amazing (the Avengers in disguise). They stayed cool & calm when they received an unexpected patient (my mum), she'd blacked out and while I was recovering she was being admitted, I had no worries as the staff were supportive and also went down to see her a few times in turn whilst me and other patients were recovering... I can see why the ENT has a good vibe, they have great staff whom gel well together, they set a high standard of displaying care, cooperation & composure, if the rest of the NHS were like this there would be no complaints! Once again I'd like to say thank you & sorry from myself and behalf of my family...
