"Received contact in 2 hours"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I was told by my doctor that I would receive a letter from TRAQS which I did within 2 hours, which I thought was highly commendable.

I had a phone call to ask which date suited me to see a consultant.

Then the next day I had another to say the consultant was not the right man for the procedure, so it has to be rearranged.
