"Excellent outpatient experience"

Within one hour of my doctor telling me that he was going to refer me to a consultant, I had a telephone call from the hospital offering me an appointment the next day. I was told at this appointment that I would require surgery done to a lump in my mouth. About a week later I attended Princess Royal at 2.40 and by 3.00 I was on my way home having received wonderful surgery and stitches. What a wonderful experience. I also received telephone calls from my own GP surgery checking up on my progress since referral. Well done all.
