Doctors comments were “I can’t hear anything wrong with your chest, so I will have to refer you in any case”. She has since left the practice. The same comment for my ears, the initial hearing test by another doctor at the practice was conducted politely with full information given to me as was the latest hospital appointment.
I was given an appointment at Bridgnorth hospital for ENT dept. I assumed this was for hearing this was 12th man. Early May I received a letter from TRAQS saying I had an appointment at Telford PRH for my hearing test on the same day. I had to ring TRAQS to check which appointment was correct.
My breathing test was also conducted with full explanation as to what was happening. This was at the practice.
