About: James Paget University Hospital

I was referred to this hospital by a stand in practitioner after being treated at Norfolk and Norwich for an ongoing problem. The first appointment was made and the letter arrived in the post weeks later, so i had to wait 2 months, then another letter was sent to me saying my original appointment had been cancelled, so i had to wait another month. Anyway, after 3 months of waiting the day finally arrived, got everything ready but when i got in the reception i was told the second appointment had been cancelled last month and the "specialist" wasn't even in attendance. Absolutely disgusted with this service and hospital. The "staff" we disinterested and lazy. No respect or apologizes, a complete lack of respect for me and others. Will be taking the matter further.
