"Hopefully first & only visit to MIU"

Had to visit the Trowbridge MIU approx. 10 days ago after having a nasty fall at home. I had fallen face first onto our patio, causing a heavy nose bleed, open gash on my nose a bit lip & bruising. Not a pretty sight. After giving my details at the reception & taking my details to the nurses desk I was offered painkillers & an ice pack for my lip. There were three others in front of me. My overall time from reception to leaving was approx. 2hrs which might seem a long time but in the circumstances the time passed quite quickly. The Staff Nurse who attended to me was extremely good & treated me with respect & kindness, as all that I came in contact did. Thank you
