"My fathers experience"

My dad was admitted to Barnet after a fall, we were informed by a junior doctor whilst my children were present that my dad has a terminal illness the dr left as quick as the doctor came. Took 2 weeks to speak to a consultant not much more information that the jnr dr? My dad is ignored by staff, staffs bedside manner is terrible They dropped my dads meds on the floor and the man in the bed next to him then offered him his pills and other pills that went on the floor? The place is chaotic and poorly managed staff shouting at each other at 02:00 waking up patients? There is no communication between drs and nursing staff? My dads first chemo appointment was a pathetic shambles the stress and pain they are causing my poor mother This hospital needs a kick up the back side it's a joke I'd be scared to be admitted to this place olive ward
