"Big thank you A and E department"

My daughter had an head injury while we was way for the weekend and we had to travel from Mill Fiddington to Taunton which was a journey in its self I was a bit disappointed with directions to where we had to go as it was late at night and our first time. But once in the department we was treated with politeness and kindness from the reception to the nurses and doctors. My daughter was looked at by triage nurse who was so polite and caring not hurt my daughter as he washed her bloody head trying to find where she had cut her head through her long hair he apologised so many times then another nurses came over to clean and glue her cut she also apologised a number of times trying not to hurt her. Unfortunately I too was taken ill while my daughter was being treated as I`m going through treatment myself and the staff came to me got me up on a bed check me over made sure I was ok then the doctor came over went through my treatment and checked me over to see if I should need extra care which I didn`t lucky for me and she said I`m ok to go home Unfortunately I didn`t get their names but would like to say A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL FOR MAKING US BETTER.
