I had to wait for 8 minutes today for the operator to answer my call. She was obviously answering other calls so perhaps it might be an idea for you to have more operators.

Thank you for the post, we do have high volumes of calls and apologise that this can be frustrating. I have forwarded the comment to the switchboard manager.
