Heartiest thanks to the A&E team who took great care of my mother on 25 July. From the wonderfully warm welcome provided by the streaming nurse it all just happened seamlessly. The doctor was terrific, and exhibited a care and interest which gave both my mother and me comfort that she was in good hands.

Thank you for sharing this, it sounds as though from your arrival and assessment by the triage (streaming) nurse everything was done to provide care and prompt diagnosis and treatment for your mother.
