We are sorry to hear that you feel there was a delay in receiving your appointment. TRAQS aims to provide an appointment at a convenient location at the earliest possible time. Unfortunately, we have no control over waiting times for hospitals and clinics.

Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear that you have now been seen and we wish you all the best with your future treatment.
