About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

The service is just worst than in London , when you have a Superhospital and waiting time in emergency 3 hours ? If I knew Kent is that bad I had stayed in London, just feel a pain, the thousands of pounds I pay a month for the NHS and the service is disgusting.

Dear Mr Madureira, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the waiting time you experienced in the Accident and Emergency Department recently. The national target is for all patients attending A&E to be seen, treated and either discharged or admitted within four hours. Our A&E service at Tunbridge Wells Hospital works hard to meet this and indeed, achieved this standard for over 90% of patients in the week ending 20 July 2014. Nonetheless, we appreciate that your experience fell short of your expectations and your comments have been passed on to the senior staff in A&E. Kind regards, The PALS Team.
