"Torn my achilies"

About: Warwick Hospital

i went into warwick hospital on the 8th of may 2014. I had been in the wrong end of a football tackle. I went to see a nurse, i was told its just a slight sprain and did an xray. Outcome was its going to be fine in 10 days, just keep of it. Which I did. 2 months later im still struggling. I went back and was given an ultra sound and found a tear in my achillies. I am angry that the nurse did not do his job and refer me to contact my gp to get a scan done. Since then, I was referred to the Fracture clinic I believe its called. I was told 7-10 days because of my trouble I been having and the massive mistake they made. its been 10 days. I just rang the Warwick hospital and was told they haven't received anything........................ are you kidding me. Now I have to wait for a return call. rubbish and so angry! Happy to leave my name for this comment if anyone would like to apologise!! Jordan Newbold.
