"Problems obtaining my prescription"

About: Birmingham and the Black Country

(as the patient),

I went to order my tablets from the chemists as I had run out. While I was there, I was asked to have my prescription monthly instead of 3 monthly as it would be easier for all concerned to keep tabs on what I running out of more quickly than others. So I agreed and was told my tablets would be there for me to pick up in 48 hrs.

I arrived to pick up my tablets ( which I had run out of) (tramadol of all things) and was told I could not have them as my prescriptions were with the pharmacist over at the Pinfold Clinic and they were waiting for her to send it over. So I went over and ordered some tramadol. I went to pick them up from the chemist and was told my prescription was still with the pharmacist but they had my tramadol I ordered. I again went over to Pinfold Clinic to ask why the pharmacist had still got my prescription but they said it is up to the pharmacist again. I am now out of medication because of this pharmacist and I want to make a complaint.
