"Appointment cancelled without me being informed"

About: Bmi - The London Independent Hospital London

(as the patient),

I am having a problem. My GP refer me given and the letter gave me a choice. I chose an independent hospital which was close to me & waiting time was 32 days. I made the appointment and I went to the hospital on the due date last week. The lady at the reception desk told me my appointment had been cancelled even though they didn't phone me. I had given my phone number when I made appointment.

I am really upset. They were not fair with me. Now they've given me another appointment which is again in 32 days time and I have a serious problem with this.
