"All staff have been very helpful"

About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill) / Diabetic medicine

(as the patient),

I have been in here Rd Lawrence Ward nearly a week now, I came here as a referral from A+E.

All the staff have been very helpful, from porters to nurses they have all been very good. Geniveve and Evelin particularly have been excellent. They still don't really know what's wrong with me, I have had lots of tests to eliminate things, I haven't had to wait long for these tests.

I haven't slept well on the ward, the lights go off very late and one night at 2: 30am they decided to move a whole ward of people to other end of the ward. I also don't think the bathroom are cleared properly, they smell. The shower room could do with a shelf. The ward itself is cleaned well. There is a shortage of porters, sometimes you have to wait a long time for a porter.

We are lucky to have the NHS.
