About: Good Hope Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics Manor Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics NHS Walsall CCG Walsall

(as the patient),

I was told I would get community social care support to help me have a bath. None came.

I was told I could have physio at a sister hospital. They don't know about me.

I have now gone back to Good Hope so I don't need help there. They sent my notes to the Manor but they didn't have them. This was a real concern but it is sorted now. I will stay with Good Hope.

I was promised someone would come to get me a seat for the bath, but I've not fallen yet so I'm not fussed and my injury is healing.
