"fantastic care from 111 and the ambulance medics"

(as the patient),

Last Thursday I was taken ill, it was in the evening when my own GP surgery was closed so I had to call 111 for advice.

The young man who took my call was very sympathetic and kind, took all my details and then sent an ambulance round to see me.

The three medics who came in the ambulance were marvellous; the speed at which they came was fantastic. They were all so very nice.

If anyone has a bad word to say about the 111 service or the ambulances send them to me and I’ll punch them on the nose!
