"Friendly, supportive staff"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

Going to see the young lady counsellor, was very good for me. She listened to everything and I had to say. Problems which I thought were so bad. The young lady explained why I thought this way and helped me learn to alleviate my fear and anxieties. Also all the booklets and discs were just so god at helping you to do a lot of self-help work. I cannot thank this young woman enough. I continuously feel a lot better with myself. Also this is a really good experience. Without Megans help, I still would not understand what I felt. Thank you for making me feel this way.

Response from Tracey Murden, Inclusion Matters

Dear Note568,

Thankyou for sharing how helpful it was for you have a therapist who listened to you. I'm pleased that you found your sessions helpful in learning to manage your anxiety and particularly that you found the self help materials useful.

Best wishes
