"Very fast referral times, happy with the service provided"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had a car accident and was referred for physio by my GP. Within 24 hours of seeing my GP, TRAQs had called to explain the process and action the referral. Within 48 hours of seeing my GP, I was having my first physio session with my preferred option, Sutton Maddocks. The service has been outstanding from start to finish.
