"Getting help at the Cawley Centre"

About: Adult mental health (Southwark)

(as a service user),

I can't say the staff didn't make mistakes or get it wrong, but most of the time they go out of their way to help, support and engage you.

The staff at the Cawley are in my opinion, some of the most committed, dedicated people I have ever met in all my years of treatment for mental health problems.

Thanks for posting about your experience of using The Cawley Centre.

I think your comments are fair and balanced and I'm sure for most people that's they'd hope for from staff who care for and treat them. Our staff are not infallible and don't get everything right but they strive to do the very best they can day in day out.
