"Quick, polite, efficient in a gleaming building"

I recently had an X-Ray taken at RBBC. I was offered a choice of dates/times and chose 9am on a Saturday morning. The building was fairly easy to find, there was plenty of parking spaces. The inside of the building was bright, tidy and very clean. The staff at both the main and X-Ray reception were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. I had arrived early and was seen early, only having to wait 3 or 4 minutes while some paperwork was completed. I was treated very professionally by the person who took the X-Ray, she explained what was going to happen and what I needed to do as she went through the process. At the end of the appointment I was told how long it would be before the X-Ray was with my GP. I was extremely impressed with everything about the appointment.
