About: Central Lancashire PCT / Community nursing

(as the patient),

I just wanted to say I am 91 years old and I cannot think any thing better than to say that my community nurse Susan Boughey takes all the worry off my shoulders. I do not know what I would do without her. I had an operation on the 8th of January and I feel terrible but I know I can depend on my community nurse. Thank you.

Having Susan as your Community Matron really seems to provide you with support and comfort.

I will ensure that Susan knows about the compliment that you have paid her.
