"A and E Waiting times."

I attend the hospital regular. The dermatology department is really good and the staff are amazing. I have taken my 2 year old into A and E a couple of times over weekend (doctors not opened) and the waiting time is beyond a joke. They tell you not to ask how long the wait is anymore and don't explain or tell you any process. The reception staff are snotty and everytime all I have seen them do is stand around laughing and talking. My daughter never recieved the care she needed.
