My mom unfortunately had to stay here in august 2013. Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. My mom had a stroke and was sent here from the QE, whilst at Moseley Hall hospital, my mom fell over one night. She damaged her knee and was taken the next day for X-rays at the QE. I was not informed about my moms accident and only found out by chance. When I called the hospital to complain, I was told that the reason I wasn't informed was because the sister on the ward wanted to have her lunch break! The incident was also never recorded on my moms notes as I know her doctor had no idea that this happened.y mom still relives this accident and the fact that only 1 nurse bothered to help her as the others were far to busy chatting. There was also noise in the stair well by her bed, but she was told that there wasn't. Disgusting services from those who claim to care

Even though your mother's stay was nearly a year ago, it would be very helpful for the staff involved in your mother's care and treatment to read and learn from your disappointing experience. The staff at Moseley Hall Hospital want to provide all patients with excellent care and treatment, and for everyone to have a positive experience whilst with us and it is regrettable that this was not your experience.
