My Mothers Consultant Haematologist in his letter to her GP, as with the 'fobbing off' system he ended up reviewing my Mother, without her notes I hasten to add as they were 'lost' within the coding system. So this is a quote from one of LRI's own Consultants..... 'I am sorry that Mrs X has had such a miserable experience in this hospital...' Her misery continues (because she is unwell) we can but hope that the consultant is available for his clinic next week. The Haematologist that saw her was very kind and concerned that no one was looking for a differential diagnosis.
