"Outstanding Service"

The care I have received over the last two days by the team in Nuclear Medicine was nothing short of Outstanding, my morning appointment yesterday 17th July did not go smoothly as I became unwell during the procedure, the two gentlemen dealing with me at that time, administering the required drugs, worked together so well as a team, they were reassuring and explained everything clearly while dealing with me, their patience and concern for me was exemplary. Today's appointment, fortunately, went with out any problems. Everyone who dealt with me throughout the 2 days was friendly and considerate to me, I cannot think of anything negative to say about the whole team there, reception included. This is yet another example of the excellence I have always found when either I or people I know attend City Hospital, I have nothing but praise for the staff there, they should be seen a benchmark for other NHS Hospitals to have to strive for.
