"Cool calm and efficient ."

After a heavy fall galloping my horse , I was bought into A & E by a Paramedic . A good bloke who was very caring and efficient without fuss . A & E took over where after a very short wait I was assigned to Minor Injuries and seen in less than the published time by a Consultant who arranged a very quick trip to X-Ray and ascertained my injury level . Reassured me that I was not too badly damaged and got me on my way home in a very reasonable time period with the nescessary medication , Thank you .
