My father was admitted in terminal condition. Though I live in Hong Kong the staff took care to inform me of his condition. When it deteriorated, the Sister of the ward took special care to help with arrangements of a chaplain. She also showed great sensitivity to the situation. Her attitude went in my opinion far beyond what you would consider the normal call of duty in such circumstances. Her level of professionalism and compassion made her a credit to her ward and to the hospital. I would always have nothing but praise for this hospital and its staff.
