"I am out of pain and can walk in comfort"

I was referred to John Kilshaw at Whiston Hhealth Centre earlier in the year after having physiotherapy at Newton Community Centre. He immediately saw what the problem was, I was walking on the side of my food to avoid pain from a hammer tow – this was in turn causing pain in another toe and in my knee. He advised me to buy the correct width shoes and gave me some supporting in-soles & some exercises for fallen arches. This all worked and I am now out of pain and can walk in comfort. Very grateful!
