Michael G my councillor was brilliant I was anxious about going to a counsellor but she was lovely, put me at ease, we addressed my social phobia and my OCD, it was great to talk to someone about my problems which I have had for over 40 years and which I have managed.
It was good to know then lots of other people have social anxiety disorder and I wasn’t alone. I have tried to practice what she told me and to carry it all now that I have left my sessions.
