Id spent almost a year on Magnolia Ward and hated it there, the staff were rude and uncaring there were mixed wards and drug use was common. I was misdiagnosed on one occasion and inpatients were ignored or berated. Upon leaving the unit I was moved to a home for the homeless without any after care.
