having recently been admitted as an emergency onto Ward 12 and feeling very anxious, I cannot praise the Ward 12 team enough. They were so kind and caring, explained everything about to happen and never stopped running around helping everyone, I just don't know how they keep going on their shift. The food was great too! I'm due on the ward again soon and it has helped me to stay calm and focussed knowing that I will be in good hands.
