Having had my transport booked for over a week I was rung the night before to confirm which I did, I was rung at 9.30 the next day again to confirm which I did then at 11.15 I was rung again ( ithink by the man who was the driver) who told me that it was on it's way and would be with me within the hour! At 3pm I rang to find out where it was and was put on hold for 5 miniutes then they hung up on me, I tried repeatedly to ring but it was engaged, finally someone rang at about 4.15 and said the driver had a puncture and would not be comeing this was after I had been out side waiting for over 4 hours. Now I can't get another appontent for 6 months. It is a great strain on me and my wife to get me out of the house and to be left at the side of the road is unforgiveable
