"appointment with ent pinderfields"

Today 16th july 2014 i took my daughter for an app with an ENT consultant, who was running quite late. We were kept updated by lovely nurses. When it was our turn we saw another doctor from the team who made my very frightened 10 yr old feel at ease. The minute she flinched he stopped and waited. After liasing with myself he went to get the consultant who was just lovely. Everything was explained to myself and more importantly to my daughter. Not once did they look over the top of her to address me. A quick decision was made and nothing was too much trouble. Nothing. It helps also that the nurse we had my daughter had met prior to this appointment. My daughter smiled and the nurse spoke to her with familiarity which was marvellous. Because of the consultant and the amazing team he has, my little girl isnt as nervous as she was. I have met 4 doctors in my daughters life who have a 'something' with children ie, are born to do what they do. The doctor we saw who works along side the consultant is one, the consultant is the other. If you have children who are a little nervous then then please do not fret. The ENT team are fabulous.
