"superb service at the Audiology dept"

I attended the Audiology dept on the 14th July 2014 for an appointment regarding my hearing aids. I cannot praise highly enough the 2 members of staff involved with me that day. They were very thorough and kind but professional the whole way through. They were very informative and explained things in an easy to understand manner. I have had hearing aids for many years but this is the first time that I've had such good service. My wife accompanied me and she was also very impressed as my loss of hearing also affects her and she felt that the information given by them was very helpful to her as well. Well done both of you. You are a credit to your department.
