"Excellent paediatric phlebotomy service"

I took my 4 year old son for a morning (9am appointment) to have his blood taken, we arrived early and were seen straight away at 08.40am. It was our first time on the ward and my son's only experience in hospital, the nurse was fantastic, very kind and age appropriate with my son. There were no tears, marks or bruises and more importantly, neither my son (or myself) left distressed, much much better than I had anticipated. Well done to the nurse and the whole team- would recommend to anyone with a similar need in a heartbeat. Thank you.
