The staff at all levels have been welcoming and caring. The departments I visited (A&E, Cardiology, Dermatology) were well organised and efficient. The staff were treated everyone well and as individuals. We were put at ease. We were involved in an open way and were listened to. The execution and follow up has also been very good. throughout the hospital, An over riding feature is of employees at all were caring
