About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

I was admitted to A&E on 11th July with awful stomach cramps and irregular heart rate -- from the paramedic staff to the nurses and healthcare assistants to the A&E doctor, everyone was really fantastic. Very caring and professional, and I was kept informed at all times. It was spotlessly clean everywhere and you could tell that the staff were passionate about their work and truly cared. This is the NHS at its best!
